So you look around. You compare yourself to other coaches. You search websites. You join Facebook groups. You ask, “What do you charge?”

The answers range from $50 to $5,000.

Not exactly helpful.

The truth is that coaching fees are not determined by a universal formula. They sit at the intersection of value, experience, business realities, market demand, confidence, and personal preference. Pricing coaching is both a practical business decision and a developmental milestone. In many ways, your fee reflects not only your service, but your relationship with your own professional identity.
