Mentor Coaching
A space to develop your own artistry

There's a point in developing as a coach when knowing the competencies isn't quite the same as living them. You understand what good coaching looks like, but you're still discovering what it sounds and feels like when it's authentically yours.
That's where mentor coaching becomes especially interesting.
Whether you're working toward an ICF credential or continuing to refine your craft, we'll explore what's happening in your coaching conversations—what you're noticing, what you're choosing, and what might be possible if you tried something different.
Ways to Work Together
Beyond Technique
The longer I coach, the more interested I become in the subtle moments—the pause before a response, the assumption we didn't realize we were making, the shift that happens when we trust the client rather than our own need to get it right.
Those are the moments I love exploring with other coaches.
Mentor coaching gives us an opportunity to look closely at our work, appreciate what's already there, and discover what else might be possible.
