Group Mentor Coaching

Better together

Coaching can be a surprisingly solitary profession. We spend so much time attending to other people's thinking that we don't always have opportunities to examine our own.

There's something refreshing about gathering with other coaches who understand the work, appreciate its complexity, and are curious about getting better at it.

The Experience

Each gathering brings real coaching into the room.

We'll listen to coaching conversations, explore the choices behind them, and consider what the ICF Core Competencies invite us to notice. There will be opportunities to coach, observe, receive feedback, and experiment with different approaches.

The conversations won't always lead to tidy conclusions. That's part of the value. The aim is to develop greater awareness, flexibility, and confidence in your own coaching—not to arrive at one prescribed way of doing things.

LIFTing Together

We'll travel a developmental journey through the LIFT model.

10-Week Program

Across ten weeks, we'll move through seven live group sessions and three individual sessions. This meets the ICF mentor coaching requirement for credentialing, plus we get to make new friends along the way.

WEEKS 1–3

Discover & Notice

Establish a shared foundation, explore coaching patterns, and begin observing the competencies in action.

WEEKS 4–7

Practice & Stretch

Deepen observation, experiment with different coaching choices, and receive developmental feedback.

WEEKS 8–10

Integrate & Grow

Recognize shifts in awareness, strengthen intentionality, and identify your next growth edge.

7 HOURS GROUP MENTORING
+ 3 HOURS INDIVIDUAL
= 10 HOURS

Every group brings its own energy, questions, and discoveries. If you're curious about joining the next one, I'd love to hear from you.
