Visioning: Building Sandcastles that Transform

When a child builds a sandcastle, they don’t fret over blueprints or permanence. They build because it delights them—because they can see something magical in their mind’s eye and bring it to life, one handful of sand at a time.
That’s what visioning is like in coaching.
We’re not asking clients to draft a rigid five-year plan or chase external markers of success. We’re inviting them to shape something meaningful—an inner landscape that inspires action and mirrors who they are becoming.
When visioning is done well, it doesn’t feel like homework. It feels like play with purpose. It sparks creativity, ignites motivation, and connects clients to what matters most.
And most importantly—it isn’t confined to a single “visioning session.” Vision is a thread we weave through every conversation. It’s a lens, not a project. A way of seeing, not a box to check.
As coaches, we get to help people discover new possibilities and step into their future with clarity and confidence.
