Co-Active Coaching: An Introduction

The word co-active describes the nature of a coaching relationship where the coach and client actively collaborate. In this alliance between two equal partners, the coach and client “co-operate” to meet the client’s needs. The concept also speaks to the dual nature of being and doing—an elegant dance between presence and action.
