Find Your Depth.
Free Your Voice.
Grow With Confidence.

Masterful coaching isn’t about performing the right moves; it’s about embodying them so fully that your work feels natural, alive, and unmistakably your own.
When coaches free their voice and trust their depth, they create the kind of space where clients feel brave enough to do the same.
As a Master Certified Coach (a distinction held by only 4% of coaches worldwide),
I HELP COACHES GROW WITH CLARITY, DEPTH, AND CONFIDENCE.
Whether you’re deepening your craft, expanding your presence, or learning to trust your own voice—I’m here to help.
My Training & Credentials
My work is shaped by nearly two decades of coaching practice, cross-disciplinary study, and development in multiple coaching traditions.
With more than a dozen coaching credentials and thousands of client hours, I’ve coached in corporate, academic, government, and nonprofit settings—and mentored coaches across every stage of their professional journey.
This blend allows me to support coaches not only in sharpening skills, but in growing the person who uses those skills.
BECAUSE COACHING MASTERY ISN’T JUST TECHNICAL—IT’S DEVELOPMENTAL.

My Approach
My approach is equal parts clarity, curiosity, rigor, and warmth. Together, we look closely at what’s working, what’s wanting attention, and what’s ready to evolve in how you coach.
Expect a space that honors your unique voice while supporting you to:
-
Deepen your presence
-
Strengthen your alignment with the ICF Core Competencies
-
Cultivate a grounded, confident coaching identity
-
Experiment with nuance, artistry, and play
-
Develop the capacity to trust yourself in the moment
Mentor coaching is not about “fixing” your coaching.
It’s about helping you grow into the fullest, freest expression of the coach you are becoming.

A Bit About Me
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me in the garden, pulling weeds, squashing bugs, and growing goodness—literally. Between seasons, I read, write, and puzzle. I’ve been married to my husband for over 30 years, and we have two adult kids and a dog who keeps us playful.
Raising a child with disabilities has taught me to celebrate the small wonders in everyday life, a lesson that shapes not just how I live, but how I coach.
